No, it's month-to-month. You pay €50 for your first month, which includes your medical assessment and initial care. If you want to continue, you simply pay €50 for the next month when are you ready for your next full review.
After your doctor reviews your health assessment, if they determine the programme isn't medically appropriate for you, you'll receive a full refund of your €50 payment. Also, if you decide for any reason not to proceed after your doctor review (before commencing your treatment plan), you will receive a full refund on Bua's service fee.
No. €50 per month includes everything: medical consultations, your treatment plan, unlimited support, and free delivery. There are no setup fees, consultation charges, or shipping costs. Yes, we use Stripe for all payment and refund processing. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed.

If you're not eligible after your medical review, or if you decide the program isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment in full - no questions asked. We only succeed when you do.
